Please note all the key dates for Exhibitor Move In, Move Out and stock deliveries, as well as information about stand inclusions. In particular, think about what products you want to sell at the stand, and if you’re keen to run any ‘mini-events’ during each GABS session.

By no later than FRIDAY 31 MARCH (for GABS Melbourne & Sydney exhibitors) and FRIDAY 7 APRIL (for GABS Auckland exhibitors), we need you to tell us what you’re doing at the stand.

We’ll use this information in our Official Guide and Apps, as well as for media pitches and promotion. As an Exhibitor, you can also sell two items of merchandise at GABS, and we can arrange trestle tables and an ice tub if you need. Here’s where we organise all of that!

Before we can issue you with our cashless Glownet POS devices, we need you to complete the Vendor Agreement and attend onsite training.

Please download the AUS version of the Vendor Agreement here (for GABS Melbourne & Sydney exhibitors) and the NZ version here (for GABS Auckland exhibitors). Sign and return to contact@gabs.beer by FRIDAY 7 APRIL latest.

We’ll provide all Exhibitors with training on the POS systems just prior to the events, but it would be great if you could familiarise yourself in the meantime. Download the Glownet Training Guide here.

Sign and return the Glownet Vendor Agreement.


GABS Melbourne exhibitors will need to complete and supply the following by FRIDAY 7 APRIL:

  • Public Liability Insurance Certificate of Currency
  • Liquor Licence application
  • Streatrader application

GABS Sydney exhibitors will need to complete and supply the following by FRIDAY 7 APRIL:

  • Public Liability Insurance Certificate of Currency
  • Temporary Food Outlet Form
